For as long as I can remember animals have been a part of my life.  Beginning with having animals at home as a child and learning the responsibility of taking care of them.  As a child my dream job was to become a veterinarian.  While in college, my career aspirations changed to wanting to help children.

After graduating and receiving my degree, I did just that. After several years of working with foster care, family centers, youth rehabilitation centers, and schools, I was able to gain experience that has greatly influenced my view as a childcare provider.  Each day the children and staff would teach me new and interesting ways to tackle various situations. Learning to understand children, patience, the importance of keeping an open mind, and utilizing various teaching techniques were the greatest assets I gained.

Over the years, alongside working with children, I have been able to gain several consistent clients through Rover and they have continued to pass on my information to their friends and family. My love for animals has always been on my mind.  This drive made me want to utilize the skills that I’ve learned from both children and pets-alike to start my own dog care services business.
